LOAN OFFICER (NMLS #1223865)
MY REAL JOB.
As a loan officer I enjoy working with my customers to find the best way to make their dream a reality. I have been in lending for just about two years and I absolutely love what I do. My customers become a part of my family. I believe everything is about the relationship; I want my customers to feel at home with me before they move into their dream home. For me, success is knowing that I have gone above and beyond for every one of my customers’ wishes.
MY REAL LIFT.
My family is my world. Anything we do together is my favorite thing, whether it be playing Barbies with my three-year-old daughter or chasing after my one-year-old son. We love to spend time outdoors enjoying what the Ozarks have to offer or rooting for our favorite baseball teams. My wife grew up a St. Louis Cardinals fan, but I grew up in Kansas City as a Royals fan. We call ourselves a divided household – we both try to get our kids cheering for our team!
MY REAL STORY.
I am new to the mortgage business for the second time in my life. I had a brief stint as a loan officer in 1998. I love how welcoming and helpful the Bank of Little Rock Mortgage team is. After having the chance to work with their leaders, I knew I wanted to be a part of the team. That decision has already been rewarding. A customer once asked for a blank piece of paper and my manager’s name. I gave him both and he began to write a note, which he folded and handed to me saying, “make sure your manager gets this.” I took it to my manager who read it and handed it back to me to read. Inside my client explained that because of the time I took to visit with him and answer any and all of his questions, making the process as smooth as could be, his faith in lenders had been restored.
